1) Chilled Bulgarian soup “Tarator” – cream of local cucumbers and yoghurt with walnuts

2) Mixed local tomatoes with mozzarella balls and basil pesto

3) Crayfish tails with avocado guacamole, quail egg and “Marie Rose” sauce

4) Asparagus cooked in butter with poached egg and hollandaise sauce with chives

5) Roasted beef and mushroom bruschetta with “Grana Padano” cheese sauce

6) Cottage cheese quenelles with warm cherry-thyme sauce
