Great 6 course tasting menu We offer you to enjoy our selected and rich breakfast prepared for you in 6 tasting stages:

1) Coconut milk soup with tiger prawns and red curry

2) Cured salmon and guacamole tian with corn chips

3) Poached free range egg with asparagus and Hollandaise sauce

4) Bruschetta with tomato salsa, mozzarella and arugula

5) Maple syrup caramelized sea scallop with fennel puree

6) Chocolate brownie with homemade ice cream

6 courses – 23 € + compliment from chef – Oyster with champagne-kumquat gratin

BOURGEOIS BREAKFAST

Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie Comte Leloup 2012 12% France/Loire – excellent compatibility with oysters!!!
